In Los Angeles the city gave away grocery coupons in exchange for guns, no questions asked.

In Watts and Compton, only women showed up and turned over around 250 illegal handguns and even fully automatic assault rifles. Well good for you ladies! I hope they were good coupons though because someone is getting b*tch slapped tonight!
