The Turn Down

Perhaps one of the best things you can do for your business is to turn down customers. Tell them your business has a cap and you can't take on new clients right now. People won't take 'no', they will pay extra and word will spread.
If you don't believe me, think about the last time someone you were attracted to turned you down. With all the things Bernie Madoff had wrong, he had technique right!
